What is Drop Shipping?

Drop shipping is where you order the product from us, we then ship it directly
to your customer. This way you don't need to keep ANY inventory at your home,
we take care of all the inventory and all the shipping. You don't even have
to take a single item to the postoffice!

Do You Drop Ship?

Yes we will drop ship your order right to your customers address. There
are no extra fees for drop shipping.

Do You Have a Minimum Order?
|
|
No, we have no minimum order. Your order size could be as small as $1.00
or as large as $1000.00. Unlike many wholesalers, we DO NOT charge
a "service fee" on small orders!

Do I Need A Business License to Order?

|
No, we do not require you to have a business license of any kind to
order from us at wholesale prices.

Do You Accept Credit Cards?
|
|
Yes, we do accept credit cards via a secure webserver. We also accept
personal checks, certified checks and money orders. Sorry we will not
ship COD.

How Fast Do You Ship?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from receiving payment.

How Do You Handle Returns (customer didn't like item or item arrived damaged)?

If your customer receives an item which is damaged the customer should contact you (the dealer). Then you should email us with the item number as well as the order number. At that time we will either issue a credit or replace the item, which ever the customer would like.
If your customer receives an item which they simply do not want the item the customer should contact you (the dealer). Then you should contact us and we will issue a "Return Authorization Number". Once we receive the item (complete with RA#) from the customer we will then issue a refund to you at which time you can refund to the customer.
